Moral Relativism And Ethical Decay Today.

Moral Relativism has merged as a consequence of the collapse of the Christian paradigm in the west. This is a consequense of ideas, that have alienated people from their beliefs. We are at a point in time, as to which people trust 'authorities' or the soçial consensus, so as not to seem disruptive or 'religious'.

Perhaps, it is critical I define what I mean by moral Relativism. Due to a collapse of Christianity and faith, because of contradicting scientific theories. Public schools have pushed that the Bible is a work of fiction, and we evolved from primordial slime. If survival of the fittest is the criteria of existence, why does truth even matter? 

 If our brains are merely evolved structures for survival, why should we trust that it's telling us the truth? God gave us our minds, or else, there's no justification why anything is true and you obviously don't believe that. A belief in God, is congruent with the truth that an objective reality exists.

If God doesn't exist, there's no explanation of how or why free will exists. If we all evolved, we are merely biological machines reacting to the environment, merely trying to propagate our genes. However, human life is above the state of nature, because we are made in the image of God. That is why truth exists; God is the arbiter of truth, not human opinion. When we abandon the ten commandments, society merely falls apart.

What is truth? That is the question we have to answer. First, I must suggest that we agree that there is such a thing as "objective truth". That is why it is stupidity, to claim there is your truth and my truth. There is simply the truth. So we can't all be right, and there is consequences in acting out fallacious ideas. Moral relativism, allows people to follow their folly; to their very own destruction.

Yes different eye witnesses may have slightly different perspectives of what they perceived, due to the fact that what we objectively perceived is subjectively received. Yet, I can't deny gravity, or merely reality. We have the same senses as humans and encounter reality the same way. Suggesting you have your own truth, is suggesting you have your own reality.

This vacuum of moral relativity has been created because, if we evolved, why is your belief more correct than mine? And why should there be any restrictions of individual actions? This was the deconstructionism of the west, which displaced them from their Christian ethics. Western nuclear families have fallen apart ever since we abandoned our idea of God, and sanctity of marriage. Sexual perversion destroyed family.

Western civilization has flourished because of Christian ethics. Due to the fact that we are endowed by God with human rights; not even the government has the right to seize them from you, because God is of a higher authority. 

So it is, with morality. We don't all get to decide what is right, and what is wrong; there exists right and wrong, independent of opinions. The problem is that woke ideology is attempting to reverse the issue. They want to change what is right and wrong, to cater to their opinions and self interest.

 However, this is tearing a hole to the objectivity of simple things like stealing. However, if people steal because it is a protest or the government unfairly takes property with higher taxation; this is justified, because whatever is right or wrong is whatever the majority decides at that time. 

That is why it is dangerous, we have abandoned the Bible; that has set the principles of our morality, that has endured both time and rise and fall of civilizations. Those who chose against biblical principles that have preserved the family structure and society, simply perished.

 We should not be surprised that families are falling apart; we abandoned the fabric that held society together. The problem is that because we avoid causing offense at whatever extent, even if it means compromising our ethics. It is ridiculous people are vilified as evil for merely pointing out what is obviously evil. Just like the Bible says, as sinners men attempt to make what is good seem bad, and what is bad seem good. 

Only Christ, saves us from this internal corruption. However, we are attempting to fix the symptoms but not the problem. We can't fix corrupt men's actions, if those men's hearts don't change; they will persist in debauchery. One must accept, they are sinful, repent and change their ways. Christ changes you from the inside out, we are attempting to change the world from outside in; it is illogical. 

I pray our western nations return to the Christian ethics, that have made them so successful. It's the white Christians that fought for our dignity, as persons and help free black people from slavery, because we are made in the image of God. It is ironic, that the black community continues to vote Democrat, whereas it's Lincoln and the Republicans that freed the slaves and it was the democratic party that imposed Jim Crowe laws.

 This moral debauchery also exists because people have been convinced by government, they don't need the other parent to provide for their kids. Government housing, and all types of programmes that incentives single motherhood, and all types of sexual debauchery. The human heart is desperately wicked, and once we abandoned God, in favor of acceptance of whatever, even though detrimental; we are witnessing at the front row seats as our morals burn in flames, and most will cheer.

Once we abandoned the idea that God is the higher authority, moral debauchery became prevalent and is persistent today as evolution displaces people's beliefs and values. Thus ethics are becoming a thing of the past.

However, people claim to be spiritual but not religious. Due to this dangerous idea encouraged by moral relativism, that multiple paths lead to heaven. On the GPS you have one path to your destination, you might make detours, but you still have to go the right way to the destination. The idea that all paths, somehow lead to the same destination is logically inconsistent.

Without God, there is no rational justification for being ethical beyond not harming or being harmed by another. That is how it is in nature. However, God showed us love, and thus we should be loving. God forgives, thus we should forgive. If the creator does that for us, who are we not to do the same for the rest of his children?

God is also Just, of which a lot of preachers stay away from speaking about. God is thrice holy. Holy, holy, holy. Our moral debauchery is stemmed from the lack of fear of God. The one who created the universe with his word. The further we fall away from God, the deeper the moral decay in the human spirit.

The Gospel is the good news, because we can't fulfill God's holiness. He stated our so called righteous deeds are like filthy rags. Why do I believe God is both just, and merciful. God the son incarnate as Christ, and death on the cross.

God the son, came in human form took the punishment for our sin, died and was resurrected. As a man he could take the punishment of sin as a member of mankind, and as God he could be extend that grace to whomever believes and follows him, as a member of the Godhead or trinity. God the son joined the human family, and made the humans that are his, a part of God's family. 

How could God both be just and merciful. Just, because he hates evil and sinful behavior; loving because if we repent and change, he forgives us and even blesses those who despise him. Instead, of you paying your sins, Christ paid your debt. As God the son, his sacrifice was enough to cover mankind. Thus he is referred to as the last Adam, through one man sin came into the world, and through one man, sin is removed in the world.

What greater love than this, that Christ would consider us precious enough to die for. For the wages of sin is death, Christ paid that; so we won't experience the second death which will be hell. The gift of salvation is freely given to everyone who believes but most of us are unwilling to change our ways. We go to hell because we reject God, not because God rejects us. Christ paid the price, and showed us the narrow path.

 God didn't say you need to be perfect, you can't; accept Christ died for you sins, repent of your bad deeds and pray the holy spirit changes your heart. We are all about self improvement, but if our hearts don't change; we revert to destructive habits and actions. Man is depraved, in an evil world and needs God. 

 When Abraham was to sacrifice his son, God send him a lamb. We are slaves to moral debauchery, and are to pay for our sins if God indeed has justice. However, God send Christ, who was the lamb of God; unlike Abraham, God went ahead and sacrificed his own son for our sin.

 In Egypt when the angel of death came to kill, God instructed the israelites to put the blood of a lamb on their doorpost, and God's wrath would pass. Well God's son came as a lamb, whose blood covers all believers against God's wrath towards evil. He will return as a lion, the first time he came was to take away the sin in man, the second time; will be to take away the man of sin.

The Christian God is all loving but just like a good parent does not allow bad behavior, God is not pleased with sinful behavior. Just like a father, can love you no matter how depraved you may have been, God loves us even more. However, God is eternal, and rejecting his son's sacrifice as payment for your sins. Means you have to pay them yourself. An offense against, an eternal God, is eternal separation in hell.

Moral Relativism, has led to higher rates of single mother hoods, crimes, drug use and many other vices. If there isn't any objective standard of values higher than individual whim, there are consequences. People think Christianity is oppressive, but its these principles that are the fabric of the most prosperous western nations. Especially, the United States.

 It makes no sense that we can all be right, someone must be wrong, or we are all wrong, or some one is right and others are wrong. The idea that contradictory ideas could simultaneously be true, is illogical. I can't have my truth and you have your truth, and both be true because they contradict. Obviously one of us is wrong. Moral relativism is a dangerous lie with consequences.
